How far in advance do I need to book a service?

For standard services, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent requests, we try to accommodate short-term orders, but availability may be limited.

What are your payment terms?

We accept payments by bank transfer, cash and credit card. For corporate clients, we offer invoicing with a standard 14-day payment term.

Do you provide services outside the Czech Republic?

Yes, we provide our services throughout Europe. We specialize in international transport and relocations within the EU.

What types of vehicles do you have available?

We have a fleet of luxury vehicles including Mercedes-Benz E and S class sedans, BMW X5 and X7 SUVs, and for larger groups we have Mercedes-Benz V-Class VIP minibuses available.

Are your drivers professionally trained?

All our drivers undergo thorough selection and regular training. They have professional licenses, language skills and are trained in discretion and professional behavior.

Can I reserve a specific vehicle?

Yes, when booking you can specify your preferred vehicle type according to your needs. We always try to accommodate your requirements based on availability.

How long does a complete relocation take?

The duration of relocation depends on the scope of services and destination. Standard relocation takes 2-6 weeks, express variants can be realized faster.

What services does relocation include?

Complete relocation package includes document processing, housing search, moving, school search, pet relocation and many other services.

Do you help with visa and permit processing?

Yes, we have a team of immigration law specialists who will help you process all necessary documents and permits.

Do you provide support after relocation?

Absolutely! We provide 6-month post-relocation support which includes help with adaptation, problem solving and further settlement.
